Showcase details:

The Atlantic Elite Basketball League (AEBL), proudly sponsored by Under Armour, will operate 3 girls showcases throughout the season. This is a chance for your basketball club to find competitive games in a professionally run league!

Each showcase weekend will follow the AEBL format, with every team receiving three guaranteed games over Saturday and Sunday.

These games will not count toward league standings. Instead, they will serve as competitive showcase weekends that allow programs to:

  • Compete in a structured AEBL environment

  • Play three meaningful games

  • Gain exposure

  • Connect with other programs

  • Continue growing the girls’ game across our region

Amherst - April 18/19

Truro - June 20/21

Halifax - July 18/19

Team Obligations

  • Submit an eligible roster info@aebl.ca by the deadline (due 2 weeks prior to showcase)

  • Ensure proper conduct from coaches, players, and parents.

  • Participate in all scheduled league weekends you are committed to

  • Follow all facility and venue rules.

League Obligations

  • Provide a full weekend schedule and certified officials.

  • Deliver Under Armour branded operations.

  • Provide media coverage, photography, and updates.

  • Maintain a safe and inclusive environment.

  • Cover all logistical aspects of league-ran event

Roster Submission

Final roster due 2 weeks prior to showcase. Please submit to info@aebl.ca

League Fees & Payment

Team Entry Fee: $400 + HST (14%)

There is no deposit due upon registration

Payment is due 2 weeks prior to the showcase event.
